I understand that payment is required in advance unless prior agreement has been obtained. I understand an invoice will be emailed along with the booking confirmation and block bookings are paid monthly one month in advance).

I understand that 100% refund will be provided if at least 28 days advance notice of cancellation is given. 50% refund will be provided if at least 15 days advance notice of cancellation is given. No refund will be provided where less than 15 days cancellation notice is given. All cancellations must be made in writing via post or email to the below address.
