Room Hire Costs

Meeting Rooms and Counselling Rooms (all Centres):
- Community Groups and smaller non-profit organisations £4.50 per hour
- Statutory and larger non-profit organisations £7.40 per hour
- For profit organisations £14.50 per hour
Catering Kitchen (Broomwood only):
- Community Groups and smaller non-profit organisations £4.50 per hour
- Statutory and larger non-profit organisations £7.40 per hour
- For profit organisations £14.50 per hour
Hall (Broomwood only):
- Community Groups and smaller non-profit organisations £8.40 per hour
- Statutory and larger non-profit organisations £10.40 per hour

I understand that payment is required in advance unless prior agreement has been obtained. I understand an invoice will be emailed along with the booking confirmation and block bookings are paid monthly one month in advance).

I understand that 100% refund will be provided if at least 28 days advance notice of cancellation is given. 50% refund will be provided if at least 15 days advance notice of cancellation is given. No refund will be provided where less than 15 days cancellation notice is given. All cancellations must be made in via an email to the address: roomhire@blusci.org.uk
