  • Test Administrator's Roles and Responsibilities

    • Test administrators must adhere to the instructions as described in the test administrator’s manual. In order to achieve valid, fair, reliable test results for any standardized test, the test must be administered in an identical, consistent, "standard", manner by all test administrators at every tests site.
    • Test administrators are responsible to maintain the security of all testing materials and content, protect the secrecy of login credentials and passwords, and protect test candidates’ privacy.
    • Test administrators must conduct themselves in a professional manner during all interactions and communication with test candidates.
    • Test administrators must allot enough time to prepare the test site, check-in test candidates, conduct pre-test duties, administer the test, conduct post-test duties (if applicable), gather and lock all test materials, candidate test files or paperwork (performance test) on test dates.  Performance test administrators must also upload test files within 24 hours after administering the test.
  • Test Equipment and Test Site Considerations

The majority of applicants apply to host only one of the two EIPA tests, either the performance test or the written test. There are some test administrators who provide both the performance and written test. Before deciding which test(s) you wish to administer, review the following equipment lists and test site considerations. The lists are provided to give applicants a brief overview, and should not be considered an exhaustive list.
