TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Your order will be completed in the order in which it was purchased. You will be notified via email, text message or social media Direct Message when your design is being created. A sample design will be sent to you for review, possible adjustments, and final approval. After custom design is approved, it will then transition to production. PLEASE NOTE: When custom design is in production mode, CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.
PRODUCT TURN AROUND: All orders can take up to 5 business days for completion ONCE IN PRODUCTION MODE. You will be notified when your order is completed, and arrangements will be made for pickup or delivery (fees may apply if delivery is outside of Macon Ga).
REFUND POLICY: Please note, there can be no full or partial refunds issued after custom design(s) have been approved (by buyer) and produced. Refunds can only be issued if there is an unforeseen situation to where your custom order(s) cannot be fulfilled; in which case we do apologize in advance, and you will receive a full refund (%100) if the design could not be customized, and a partial refund (50%) if the design was customized but not produced.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Above you have the option to pay via debit/credit card or through Cash app. When your payment is received, your order will then be place in rotation for completion.
