If you would like to sign up for additonal weeks after the start of camp, you must contact the business office at 201-871-1152, Option 5, Ext 515 to ensure that there are spots available for you child(ren). This must be done at least 1 week prior to the week you are requesting. Messages left for the director or counselor relating to this will not ensure your child's registration for the additional week(s) you are requesting.

Safety

In an effort to protect your child, all staff will strictly enforce our policy in regard to the releasing of children to persons other than their legal parent or guardian.

The policy states: “A child will not be released to any individual other than the legal parent or guardian, unless written notification is made in advance to the Camp Director.”

We recognize that there may be the need for parents to make alternate pick-up arrangements. To help facilitate these arrangements, while keeping the safety of your child foremost in our minds, please complete the attached form and return it immediately.

A note from you indicating who will pick up the child is still required even though you have indicated authorized persons. Your advanced notice will allow us to expect the alternate, and prepare your child without confusion.

FIELD TRIP STATEMENT

I give permission for my child to participate in walking trips within the center’s neighborhood.

SWIMMING STATEMENT

I allow my child to be bused to another facility and location for Swim instruction and Free Swim.

PHOTO RELEASE STATEMENT

I hereby grant permission for photography and videography of my child’s activities at the camp or any activities related to the camp care for public relations purposes. I agree that I am to receive no compensation for my child’s appearance and that this participation confers on me no ownership rights whatsoever.
