About the Project
Friends of the Rivers (FOR) is proud to announce the Clean Drains Fort Wayne Project, a community art undertaking to educate Fort Wayne about the connection between our storm drains and rivers. We are engaging with the community and asking interested artists to submit design ideas to add educational artwork around the storm drains within Fort Wayne neighborhoods (see examples below or in printable pdf here)!
3-year Project Goals:
1. Raising community awareness that only rain should flow into drains
2. Beautify and clean-up our neighborhoods’ landscapes and drains
