In purchasing TAGinn product from MSATO LLC, the retailer understands they must adhere to all Local, State and Federal laws regarding the purchase and sale. The retailer agrees to not to sell restricted products to customers under the age of eighteen (18) or the appropriate age determined by local or state laws.

In opening an account with MSATO LLC and to become a retailer of TAGinn (Airsoft Pyrotechnics) products you agree that MSATO, LLC and TAGinn (Airsoft Pyrotechnics) shall be held harmless and free of any and all legal actions arising from the use, purchase of its products or any violations against the law that the retailer incurrs.
DEALER AGREEMENT: Once your Dealer Application is approved you will be required to sign a Dealer Agreement that will include adhering to Federal ATF and DOT rules as well as TAGinn policies, including pricing.*
