CONDITIONS

Stud dog owner enters into this agreement with the intent to help the Bitch owner produce healthy puppies, which will be good representatives of the English Labrador breed in both type and temperament.

Bitch Qualification

1. Bitch must be at least 18 months old when breeding takes place.
   Bitch is healthy and all genetic and or health problems which exist in the bitch must be disclosed to the stud dog owner.
2. Bitch owner must provide Stud Dog owner with copy of Bitches Pedigree and copy of health clearances.
3. Bitch owner warrants that this Bitch has not been exposed to any other Stud Dog from the start of the heat cycle.
4. Bitch must have a current Brucellosis test performed prior to breeding.

BITCH OWNER AGREES:

That all puppies from this mating will be sold to private parties. None may be sold to any person who deals with the re-sale of a dog. Bitch owner also agrees that any puppy born with disqualifying faults per the AKC Breed Standard shall be sold on limited registration.

Owner of the Bitch agrees to sell all puppies from this litter on limited registration, except for any puppies Bitch owner keeps for herself. Unless discussed otherwise.
In breeding animals there is always a risk that one may be injured in the process. Bitch owner agrees to hold the stud dog owner harmless from any liability or damage.

Payment conditions

A non-refundable Service Fee of $500 is required at the time of breeding or prior to the first shipment of semen.

This Service Fee includes up to two semen shipments based on the bitch's progesterone timing.

The remaining balance of the $2,000 Stud Fee is due within forty-eight (48) hours after the birth of three or more live puppies.

No semen will be shipped unless the Service Fee has been paid in full.

Breeding Expenses – Responsibility of Bitch Owner

The following associated costs are the sole responsibility of the bitch owner and are not included in the Stud Fee:

Shipping Boxes: $50 each
PurePup Extender: $50 per shipment
FedEx or UPS shipping fees - TBD
Progesterone Testing & Veterinary Costs: Paid by the bitch owner

Shipping Terms

Shipments will only be made once all required documentation and payments have been received.

The stud owner will coordinate shipment timing based on progesterone testing results provided by the bitch owner’s veterinarian.

Timely and accurate communication from the bitch owner is essential to ensure successful breeding.

On-site Breeding terms

• Bitch Owner is responsible for vet fees associated with the breeding -  collection, extender, analysis, chilling and shipping expenses.
• Bitch may stay onsite with a $25 per day boarding fee as well as any associated costs with breeding, ie: progesterone fees, insemination etc.

We use Laurel Highland Animal Health for collection, insemination and shipping (Reproductive Services)
