Please select which type of team you are wanting to be apart of. Disclaimer: Making this choice does not ensure your placement. (For example, if you chose Elite, but are not selected for a team, you will be placed on one of our Novice or Performance teams.) If Novice or Performance is your choice we will not evaluate for Elite and you will be placed where you selected. If Performance is your choice you do not need to attend tryouts or pay the fee at this time but please still fill out this form. Information will be emailed to you.
Performance Cheer - This is a non-competitive option where building foundational skills is the focus. Performance teams practice once per week and attend 2-4 events where they perform, but are not judged. This is a great choice for athletes who are just beginning and would like to see if they enjoy competitive cheerleading or for those who do not wish to commit to a higher financial investment.
Novice/Prep Cheer - The Novice/Prep programs are designed to be an intermediate step between the Performance and Elite programs. Both Novice and Prep teams learn and perfect a routine based on the same score sheet. Novice teams perform at 3-5 competitions and strive to earn high rankings (Outstanding, Excellent and Superior) and the Prep teams also perform at 3-5 events and compete in the Prep category. Both of these teams are a great way to start in All-Star cheer if the athlete is coming from a school or rec program.
Elite Competitive - Our elite program is geared towards athletes who are committed to performing at the highest level of competitive cheer within their specific skill level. This program requires a demanding practice schedule and a significant financial obligation. Athletes in our elite program will be held to high standards and expected to be fully committed to their competitive teams. Practices are two-three times per week depending on the team and the competition schedule ranges from 5-10 events per season. Elites teams are eligible for post season opportunities if a bid is earned and gym requirements are achieved.
Thank you for your interest in our Elite All-Star Cheerleading Program. Please let us know what session you plan to attend.
