To kickstart your registration process and ensure seamless integration into our system, we kindly ask for some essential information about your club. Your cooperation in providing these details will enable us to create a smooth and tailored experience for you and your members.     Please note the following, when providing the club address:

    1. If your club operates from multiple venues, please use your main club address.
    2. Your club details will be displayed on our Club Finder. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and reflects what you’re happy to have shared publicly.

  • Key People

    It's time for you to let us know who the key people are at your club, Before you can complete each section below, each individual will be required to create an account on our Members Portal. Please ensure you have their membership numbers to hand, so we can attach them to your club profile.

    *It is vital that all key people ensure they include ALL information, including email address, contact numbers and full address*

    • Club Secretary / Administrator 

    • Please provide details for the primary club secretary/administrator who will be responisble for the inital use of the online portal. (More secretaries/administrators can be added later)

    • Head Coach 

    • Please provide details the Membership Number for the Head Coach at your centre.

    • *Please be aware all Coaches including the Head Coach will be required to have their DBS, Safeguarding certificate and coaching qualifications uploaded onto their Credentials to their profile.

    • Welfare Officer 

    • Please fill out the details for your welfare officer.

      Please note the SWO cannot be the following:

      - Have a conflict of interest at the club

      - Hold dual roles including club owner/club manager, coach or be a relative of the club owner.

      This enables IGA to maintain a safe environment for all members.

    • *Please be aware all Welfare Officers will be required to have their DBS and safeguarding certificate uploaded onto their Credentials to their profile.

    • Data Protection Officer 

    • Please provide details of the person responsible for data protection, If this is the Club Administrator, please put their IGA Membership Number below.

    • DBS Officer 

    • Please provide details for the person responsible for staff and volunteers DBS checks. If this is the club administrator, Please put their IGA Membership Number below:
