Laterite plans for growth in 2021 will see an expansion of the Research Team across our offices. In anticipation of upcoming hiring rounds, we would like to invite interested researchers with a passion for development economics and strong quantitative data analysis skills to submit an Open Application.

Successful candidates will join Laterite’s shortlist and be fast-tracked through the recruitment process as vacancies become available.

We will consider Open Applications for three profiles:
- Research Analyst
- Research Associate
- Senior Research Associate
At the end of this application, you will be sent a link to a 30 minute quantitative assessment. The assessment must be completed within one week of submitting your application.
