All Trademark events will include liquor liability, and our policies meet the Trademark requirements (including waiver of subrogation/additional insured endorsements).
If your venue is not a Trademark venue, please let us know, and let us know the specific requirements in the notes section below.
Pricing is as follows: up to 100 guests ($120-130); 101-250 guests ($140-$150), and if you have more than 250 guests, please let us know. This is out the door and meets all requirements for Trademark. (Pricing is subject to change, and not confirmed until coverage is bound. We make every attempt to keep this information up to date, but just be aware that it is possible that pricing may change.)
*IMPORTANT* Our recommendation has been to bind coverage within one month of the event to ensure no required cancellations or postponements due to ongoing health concerns and travel advisories. We can release a quote as much as 90 days prior to your wedding, but we should not "bind" coverage until we're within 30 days of your event/wedding. Please also note that we must be within six months of your wedding to quote. Pricing is not guaranteed until coverage is bound. Lastly, once coverage is bound, there are no refunds in the event of a cancellation.
The overall process is: you complete the wedding quote form; one of our associates will prepare a quote and email it to you; there will be a payment link in the email with final pricing; you will pay for the coverage; we get a copy of the payment receipt which tell us coverage is paid; we prepare the certificate and order the waiver of subrogation; once everything is complete, you get a copy of your coverage, and we send a copy of the certificate to Trademark (if you provide your coordinator’s information). Some of the steps are manual, however the whole process form start to finish should take a couple of days. Easy! 😊
** If this is not a Trademark event, please complete the information below and we will return a quote all the same. The process and pricing is still the same, but we will (usually) not need to order a waiver of subrogation unless your venue needs one.
