Nazarene Theological College (“the College”) treats all complaints seriously. The College aims to respond to all complaints it receives within 10 working days of receipt and aims to resolve the issue at your first contact with us. However, if further investigation is required or your complaint is more complex, the College will confirm that it has received your complaint and the steps being taken to investigate further. In such cases the College will provide a full response within 30 working days and will keep you updated throughout this time, if you wish.
