This summer, we are opening up participation as digital apprentices in the Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) to high school students. The CLA is made up of creative mentors, digital docents and digital apprentices, and provides professional level training and employment opportunities to creative youth. High school students will be able to join our college-aged youth as they participate in Industry Studios with top creative and technology professionals as they build employability skills and digtal portfolios.
Past partners have included Verizon Media, frog Design, The Butler Bros. and Wunderman Thompson. Industry Studios also include E4 Youth’s business of music fellowship program Music Legacy ATX along with training as content creators through the Austin Digital Heritage Project. Digital Apprentices may also become eligible for additional job shadow, internship and employment opportunities with E4 Youth as Creative Mentors, Digital Docents and our broad range of partners throughout education, creative media and technology.
Earn a $250 cash gift card as you train with industry professionals and qualify for employment with E4 Youth and our partners. Based on demonstrated need, E4 Youth may also be able to provide assistance with internet access and laptops to program participants as well.
