1. Applicants may serve distilled spirits (hard liquor), beer, and/or wine. An Alcohol Berverage Control (ABC) License is only required if the alcohol is sold at your event.
2. If alcohol is sold at your event, applicant MUST first obtain a one (1) day Alcohol Berverage Coltrol License. Catering company or bar service must be licensed to sell alcohol; proof/documentation is required and must be submitted to City staff.
3. The license can be obtained a maximum of two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event and must be submitted to the City five (5) days prior to the scheduled event. If the license is not submitted on time, you will not be able to serve alcohol. No exceptions.

b. Applicant must obtain the license in person and must take the following documents:
i. Letter of Permission from the City (a Cmmunity Services Supervisor can provide this letter)
ii. A Cashier's Check or Money Order: (Subject to change)
Beer & Wine (only) $50.00
Distilled Spirts (hard alcohol) $25.00 (includes beer & wine)
Beer/Wine License $25.00
iii. For organizations wanting to sell alcohol - proof of non-profit status, IRS Exception Certification, and Bylaws.
