Why QT Kittens Needs You:

QT Kittens (QTK) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that rescues pregnant moms, kittens, and special needs cats in the Naples, FL, Collier County area in an effort to provide them with appropriate medical care and find them permanent homes. QTK is a Free-Roaming, 100% Volunteer & Donation Run, Limited-Admission cat shelter. This means that no one takes any money for their services and we do NOT euthanize for space; however, this limits the number of cats and kittens we can take in. There are many ways you can make a difference and help give QTK’s the Gift of Shelter. QTK needs YOU!!! >^..^<

Volunteers must fill out the application below to volunteer at QT Kittens (“QTK”). The minimum age to volunteer without content from a legal guardian is 18 years of age. Any interested volunteer who is under the age of 18 must also have their legal guardian sign this form of consent. If you would like to volunteer or assist QT Kittens in any manner, please fully complete an application/agreement. Waiver and Release of Liability, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement:

This waiver and release of liability, indemnification and hold harmless agreement is between the Volunteer and the QT Kittens, 1588 Vizcaya, Naples, FL 34113 and its directors, officers, members, volunteers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, and successors (hereinafter referred to as QTK). As a volunteer that is 18 years old or older or as the legal gaurdian of an individual under the age of 18 years, I hereby understand and agree to the following: I agree to WAIVE and RELEASE the QTK from all liability, manner of actions, causes of action, debts, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any illness, death, damage, loss or injury to person and property, which has been or may be sustained as a direct or indirect consequence of the Volunteers volunteering at or for the QTK and notwithstanding that such damage, death, illness, loss or injury may have been caused partly by the negligence of the QTK. I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the QTK for any costs or liabilities which they may incur as a result of my volunteering at or for the QTK.I acknowledge and agree that I have carefully read this Agreement, that I fully understand the same, and that I freely and voluntarily execute the same. I understand that I may seek independent advice prior to signing this Agreement. I understand that this Agreement is binding on me, my spouse, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns and that this Agreement has important legal consequences. The terms of this Agreement are contractual and not mere recitals. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
