Important Reminders
- Please upload an inspirational picture of the style/design you are after. It can be an idea you have found on Google or a picture you may have drawn yourself. The more ideas you are able to share, the closer we can get to designing your treats.
- Please note that we CANNOT/DO NOT replicate another treat maker's work but we will use inspirational pictures to create something similar with our unique touch.
- If you are having trouble uploading your images, email them to admin@fromscratchbycandice.com.
- After submitting this form, we'll check your order and we'll contact you within 24-48 hours for confirmation.
- ALL orders require a 25% deposit to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due in full one week before your event date.
- Taxes will be applied for every order.
- Once a quote is given and the invoice has been sent, if deposit is not received within 48 hours of the invoice date and the order will be cancelled.
