Client and Services Manager
We are looking for a charterted accountant to take on our client and services manager role and join our friendly team.

About the Role
The main focus of the role will be on supporting our clients by providing the full suite of compliance services that you would expect from an accountancy practice.
Client and Services Manager reporting to senior leadership; managing service delivery and relationships for a portfolio of SME businesses for a fast growing, high service level ecommerce focused accountancy.
We are looking for someone to join the management team and take ownership of service delivery for a large portion of our client base. We have been growing at a rapid pace for the last three years and are looking for an individual keen to be part of maintaining both rapid growth and consistently high service level. You will be managing a team of c. 8 and responsible for c. 300 clients.
About You
You must have at least five years' experience working in a UK accounting practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience using both Xero and TaxCalc software.

Working at Ecommerce Accountants
Clients: We specialise in working with ecommerce businesses, so you can expect to have a varied and interesting workload. On top of this, many of our clients are small owner-managed businesses, so you can expect to have close and personal relationships with the people you are working with.
Location: Our office is located in London, right next to Hoxton station. However, several team members work remotely (pre-lockdown) from other parts of the UK and one is currently logging in each day from Canada. Working from the office is not a necessity, but it would be nice to see you from time to time.
