Camp Scholarship Evaluation Guidelines:
Applicants are evaluated without regard to race, religion, natural origin, gender, or physical ability.
• Funding is limited and scholarships are not guaranteed to all applicants
• Children and families of PVCC board members, staff, or volunteer directors are not eligible for scholarship assistance
• PVCC scholarships may not be awarded two years in a row
• Incomplete applications will not be considered
• Scholarships will be awarded based on need

We would like permission to use photos and videos of campers who are able to attend camp because of a PVCC scholarship. This allows us to put a face to a name and help our donors and supporters celebrate with us that you or your child were able to attend. Additionally, our membership organization (Christian Camp and Conference Association) has supplied a portion of the funds used for scholarships and would like to be able to use photos and videos to promote their scholarship program.
