DESCRIPTION:

Enjoy your own private screen rental and an entree (drink not included) from Cinema Grill before, during or after your show. This includes access to our full Cinema Grill menu before or after the movie. If you have more than 12 people there will be a $25 addition per person to cover the entree and the screen rental.

$25 Extra per 15 min - If movie is over 2hr 15min (may not be able to accomodate)

$50 Extra - To watch a movie opening week

These are the base rates and will not change whether you have less than 12 people attend.*Does not include gratuity or tax

Anyone caught filming the movie during their reservation will be prosocuted and local authorities will get involved.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings can be cancelled within 72 hours notice. Otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.

Please select whether you wish to eat at the Grill before or after your movie. Menu for during movie is limited. Organizer will receive two free movie passes if dining in restaurant done before or after their movie.

Any Blu-ray that you bring or any film being shown at the time of the rental. Should not be over 2hrs 15min. May be able to accommodate for extra fee. Blu-ray should be bought, not rented.

Please mark to show you have read the event details: Be ready to enter the theatre 10 minutes prior to your movie start time. Any concessions can be purchased before or during the movie BUT we cannot pause the movie once it has started. If you are bringing a blu-ray, please ensure we have it at least 15 minutes prior to the movie start time. If you are seeing a movie that we are showing in theatres, please inform us which movie no later that 5 days before your event. If you arrive late to your booking, we cannot hold your spot. If you arrive past your movie start time we reserve the right to cancel the event and you will forfeit your deposit. This is a private event, as such, we are not liable for any injuries or possible exposure to Covid-19 or any other illness.

Once you have submitted this form, please head to our Square site (CLICK HERE) to put down a $50 deposit that will go towards your total. This is necessary to hold your booking. You will also be automatically redirected after submitting your request.

You will pay the remaining total on the day of your event. Additional details will follow in the form of an email within 1-2 weeks prior to your event.

(Note, your requested date/time may not be available. Bookings must be made 7 days ahead of time and booked out only 60 days ahead, conditioned upon availability and approval)
