The Georgia Motor Vehicle Dealer educational courses (collectively the “Course”) provided by Automobile Dealer Training Association LLC (the “Company”) are intended for individuals seeking mandated Georgia dealer licensing training. You may use this Course and the course material, dealer manual, and website information, and other documents obtained during the Course (the “Course Documents”), only for lawful purposes within the stated context of the Company’s intended and acceptable use of the Course, as determined by the Company.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;No fees or tuitions paid to the Company are transferable or refundable.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS.&#13;&#10;The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Course in meeting the dealer licensing requirements of the Georgia State Board of Registration of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers or the Georgia State Board of Registration of Used Motor Vehicle Parts Dealers. The Company does not guarantee that completing all Course requirements will result in users being granted or renewing a dealer license.
