Note - Belgrave Wanderers can organise food, upon request, but this would be on a cost basis and funds would be paid in advance. We welcome event organisers providing their own food, but we must have prior notice in order that suitable locations for this food can be organised. It is the responsibility of the person named herein, as the hiring party, to ensure that all food and associated food containers, plates, cutlery and so forth are cleared from the clubhouse with 24 hours of the event.

General Music - Please provide details of any music requirements

Note - Belgrave Wanderers has various set play lists which will cater for most tastes. This is played via the clubs sound system and a Spotify account linked to the clubs iPad. Bespoke play lists can be submitted via Spotify to the club. This is not a manned (DJ) facility, but a manned station can be arranged at an additional cost.

Band Requirement - If you plan to have a band(s) perform at the club we notice of such and full details of the band, the number of musicians, what they will need from the Club and their proposed start / finish times.

Note - Belgrave Wanderers have hosted bands, in the past, but this is a complex area and prior notice / discussion is essential in order to avoid disappointment.

Tickets - If this is a private event, are tickets being issued and, if so, how is it proposed that the event will be controlled

Note - Belgrave Wanderers is always available to members and on Saturday afternoon / evenings club members are likely to be using the club house.

Pictures, Posters, Balloons and decorations - Please provide details of whether you intend to decorate the premises.

Note - We appreciate that you might wish to 'personalise' the event, which we are happy to assist with. However, all items left over such as decorations, balloons etc must be collected by noon the next day in order that the club can be cleaned.

Terms and Conditions of Hire:

Please note that Belgrave Wanderers Football Club has worked tirelessly to become a family club with values which embrace the community, and we offer a warm welcome to any guests to our club. The conditions below may seem strict, but we need to maintain certain standards of operation and parameters of use need to be explained:

A Booking Fee of £50.00 is required to be paid to secure the booking. This fee is non-refundable. Should the fee not be received, and another party wishes to book the Clubhouse on that date, then Belgrave Wanderers Football Club (‘herein after referred to as Bels’) reserves the right to give the booking date to the other party.
Setting up and dismantling times after the function must be made at the time of the booking. The persons hiring the Clubhouse must remove all of their possessions from the clubhouse by 12 noon the following day, or at another mutually agreed time, in order that we can clean Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse is a licensed premise, so alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the Clubhouse by the hirer and their invited guests.
Should you require the bar to be open, this must be stipulated when booking the Clubhouse. The bar staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol and Bels maintains a strict policy of identification of persons purchasing alcohol who appear to be under the age of 18.
You are expected to report to bar staff any damage found, during the event. If you or your Group causes accidental damage you are asked to report it as soon as possible, otherwise damage will be charged to the last known user of the Clubhouse. Any accident which results in injury to any person using the Clubhouse during a booking must be reported to the bar staff.
Please remember that this is a residential area and give due consideration when leaving the Clubhouse after an evening function.
Any lost or unclaimed property will be disposed of after a period of one month from the date of the booking.
Emergency Safety Exits must be kept clear at all times and are only for use in emergencies.
Limited car parking is available at the Track, by the entrance, but please use consideration and leave access for emergency vehicles. All vehicles are parked at their owners’ own risk and owners need to check if there is kart racing the next day as vehicles cannot be left in carpark adjacent to the karting track entrance.

No outdoor items such as BBQ’s, bouncy castles etc. are permitted unless approved in advance by Bels, and this must be requested at the time of booking.

This is a no vaping premises, and all smoking and vaping must be outdoors, in the areas provided.

Bels have a zero tolerance to policy to aggressive behaviour, especially towards Bels staff. In addition, we have zero tolerance to racist or discrimination remarks, and any persons conducting themselves inappropriately will be refused service and asked to leave the premises. We also take a zero-tolerance approach to drug use of any kind.

We reserve the right to end the event at our discretion, to which the booking deposit shall not be refunded.
