Withdrawal & Refund

1. All the requests for withdrawal must be received in writing by Music Beans.

2. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE after the second class of the registered semester.

3. A tuition credit or refund for unused lessons is available minus an $80 withdrawal fee.

4. Students are responsible for the tuition of any lessons within a two-week notice period.

5. The registration and administration fees are not refundable.

Absences & Make-ups

1. In order to have a makeup lesson scheduled, please notify the office 24 hours BEFORE your absence. A make-up lesson will be scheduled at a time that is mutually convenient.

2. Up to 2 makeup sessions with 24-hour notification.

3. All the makeup lessons need to be COMPLETED by the end of the registered semester.

4. Methods of make-up lessons:

(1) add 15 mins to the following consecutive classes.

(2) schedule another mutually convenient day for a make-up lesson

(3) virtual lessons may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Waiver, Release, and Indemnity

1. We hereby authorize Music Beans (“MB”) to take emergency procedures/actions MB deems appropriate in the event a child is ever left unattended while participating in the program. We further waive claims against MB with respect to the same. We further represent that neither us nor our child will be ill when coming to Music Beans and the child will not, to the best of our knowledge, have been exposed to any contagious disease.

2. We agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, attempt to hire or recruit, or raid the personnel of MB or otherwise induce the separation of any personnel from MB.

3. We agree that my children may be videotaped, filmed, or photographed at Music Beans school-related functions and during class activities. We grant permission to MB to use the materials above on its official website, social media, or in other official school printed publications. MB agrees to will not sell any of the above materials to a third party.
