Please complete the following form or text 320-270-1253 with your name, clinic pick-up location (Cambridge or Mora) and Rx # (this can be found on your prescription from East Central Veterinarians). Your prescription will be ready within 24 business hours if there are available refills, otherwise a team member will contact you. We will text you when your prescription is ready for pick-up, when you arrive call the number on the parking signs and we will bring it out to you.
