(b) At all times I will keep absolutely secret and confidential the Confidential Information and that I will not directly or indirectly disclose any Confidential Information, to any external parties, via any means, written,verbal or electronic. (c) All information resulting from my activities with VMLY&R will be regarded as Confidential Information. (d) These obligations will continue for so long as such information is deemed confidential,regardless of whether I am still employed by VMLY&R.Confidential Information includes but is not limited to any technical, scientific, commercial,financial, political, social or other information of or about the Company or any of its clients, including any information designated by the Company as confidential, which is disclosed, made available, communicated or delivered to the Recipient in connection with our contracting services to the Company but excludes information: (a) which is in or which subsequently enters the public domain other than as a result of a breach of this agreement; (b) which was in the Recipient’s possession prior to the date of this agreement; or (c) which is lawfully obtained by the Recipient from another person entitled to disclose such information; or (d) which is independently developed by the Recipient; or (e) which is disclosed pursuant to legal requirement or order. *
