Consultations: By selecting this service, you are provided with a 1-on-1 session to discuss what silhouette/style you want to achieve, fabric selection, and custom measurements. This guarantees you the perfect fit for your garment. If you decide not to book, no worries. Your fee will cover the cost of the consultation.

Booking: When you're ready to book, a 50% deposit is required. All deposits are refundable for 72 hours from the date the deposit is made. After that, the process of creating your custom garment will begin and changes cannot be made. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your garment 7 days.

Refund Policy and Miscellaneous Fees: No refunds will be provided and cancellations aren't accepted once work begins. If alterations to a custom fit item is needed due to weight gain/loss, there will be no additional cost.

No Show Policy: After completion, your garment will be stored for a maximum of 14 business days. After 14 business days, you are in agreement to forfeit your item and payments made. 

Timeframe: The turnaround time for your custom piece varies and can take up to two months due to volume of orders if you aren't specific with the date you need it. The timeframe will be communicated if it takes more or less time.

Rush Fees: There are some instances where I may be able to create a garment within a short period of time depending on the item. Please reach out to me with your date and we can go over pricing for short notice requests.

Disrespect in forms or cursing or threatening will void services.
