You will be required to bring in the NEGATIVE COVID TEST results to you appointment, unless at least eight weeks have passed since your last symtoms or your last positive test, whichever is longer. If you are unable to bring in a NEGATIVE COVID TEST result, you must wait eight weeks before coming into our office. Please call us to reschedule your appointment if necessary so as to avoid the no-show fee.
