TCA Division/Chapter and Committee E-blast Request Form

This form should only be completed by a committee chair, division/chapter president or a designated division/chapter representative.
Important: Do not use this form to promote an event unless your CE activity has been approved by the TCA Program Review Committee.

Inquiries must be submitted at least 10 business days before the desired send date. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. We encourage you to plan ahead to avoid any marketing delays.

E-Blast Request

Email BlastsTCA distributes email blasts on your behalf through our official communication system. Simply provide the email content and intended audience as outlined in the affidavit below. You may include a flyer or PDF as a linked attachment; however, body copy is required.All requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled send date. While we strive to accommodate your preferred timing, scheduling may be adjusted to align with other planned communications.There is no cost for requests submitted by Committees, Divisions, Chapters, or the TCA President.eUpdate InclusionsRequests for inclusion in the monthly TCA eUpdate must also be submitted at least 10 business days prior to publication and are reviewed at staff discretion based on content relevance and overall marketing priorities.
