Large Event Ice Cream Cup Order Form

Custom ice cream cups were created to simplify ice cream distribution for large events while still delivering a homemade product you'll be proud to offer. The minimum order is 100 cups. If you need less cups than please go to the Small Event Form on the website. The minimum order for each flavor is 50 cups and our turnaround time is 10 business days. Each cup contains one half pint (8 oz) of ice cream and the lids are labeled for easy selection.
Pricing includes filled cups with flavor label on lid

Cups are $3.15 each from 100-350 and $3.00 each for 351 cups and up. Cups will be supplied packed in coolers we can loan for free while coolers last. You will have to provide dry ice (King Soopers at corner of Wadsworth and Jewell carries dry ice) and should purchase 5 lbs. of dry ice for each 175 cups.
Helpful hints for successful flavor choice

Limit your flavor choices to as few as reasonable. The more flavors you have, the harder it will be for people to choose and you will have to keep track of what you run out of. We recommend the following flavors: 1) Cookies & Cream 2) Mint Chocolate Chip 3) Salted Caramel Oreo 4) Caramel Brownie Fudge Swirl 5) Cookie Dough 6) Wildberry Sorbet (dairy-free and gluten-free). Of course, Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry work too.
