2026 IRMS Conference dates are July 11-14 (arrival July 10, departure July 15).

Proposals are accepted until 3/20, please email to InstituteRMS@gmail.com.

We aim to post an online program in mid-June.

We highly encourage you to join the conference in Bressanone, but an online format will be available. You are welcome to come to Bressanone in any event to enjoy Orfeo Music Festival concerts and festival activities during your stay. Festival program and tickets will be posted online.

Cancelations and refund requests by email should be received no later than April 20 of the conference year. A $60 service fee is deducted from all refunds. There will be no refunds for any reason after April 20 of the conference year. If conference is deferred, the fees will be transfered to the next year. IRMS is not responsible for any cancellations or other charges assessed by airlines, travel or other agencies and institutions.
