    Application Form

  • The mission of the Foundation Program is to serve, inspire, support and embolden our creative artists via sector-specific training so that they can enter the performing arts workplace and professionally collaborate and contribute at the highest level and well above industry-standard.

    Please ensure ALL fields are completed correctly.

    Requirements:

    • 1 x Headshot (does not need to be professional image, just a clear photo from your shoulders up)
    • 1x Link to your Video Audition. Please submit a monologue 2 1/2 mins (or less). The piece is of your own choosing. Please clearly introduce yourself before presenting your piece. If hosting on Vimeo or YouTube please ensure the settings are set to private for password protection, please use FOUNDATION.
