WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I hereby do agree with Raymond C. Gorrell and William G.

• I wish to use a Kayak/SUP and related equipment at River Canyon Adventures/ Apartments for my own personal use. I recognize that this equipment is dangerous and hazardous in its nature and function.
• I acknowledge that neither Raymond C. Gorrell nor William G. Schwall provides any supervision or management of this equipment and that I am able to determine whether such equipment is safe in its nature, or I am able to use it in a proper manner.
• I hereby assume the risk of any injury caused during the use of the Kayak or SUP or related equipment, as well as the rope swing and any common area associated with River Canyon Apartments whether through faulty design or maintenance.
• I hereby waive the release Raymond C. Gorrell and William G. Schwall, their assign and successors from any liability caused by my use of said equipment.
• I agree to promptly report any problems that I detect with the equipment to Raymond C. Gorrel or William G. Schwall or their agents.
• Lost PFD'S $20.00 Fee.
• Lost/Broken Paddle $50.00.
• Pick-up fee $20.00 per person. (if necessary)
