Referrals must meet the following criteria in order for their referrers to be eligible to receive rewards:

Individual has not already been referred for employment by anyone else.
Individual is at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment in the U.S.
Individual is qualified for the position they are referred for;
Individual is able to pass a background check
Individual is hired by the company for the position you referred them for and employed with said company for at least 90 days.
