For restaurant inquiries, we are very selective with our partnerships/collaborations, as we would like to protect our reputation. We take pride in the products we deliver and the value of a partnership with SuLee is the guarentee of top quality ingredients and fresh Kimchi, everytime!
      • Is your Kimchi Spicy?
      • Answer: Everyone can handle a different level of spice. We now have an option for you to select your spice preference. Mild is very light with a slight kick whereas Spicy will be a stronger kick thats bearable.
      • Whats the difference between Fresh and Fermented?
      • Answer: Fresh Kimchi you will find to be mild in taste but fresher and crunchier. Fermented will be more bolder and deeper in flavour, as well less crunchier and more sour! When you buy fresh, you'll be able to taste the Kimchi in different fermentation stages and enjoy to your liking! We recommend Kimchi to be fermented for cooking purposes!
