    • Operation Underground Railroad assumes no legal or financial liability associated with third-party events.
    • The use of the Operation Underground Railroad name, logo, or mission, may not be used in any way without written approval from your O.U.R. liaison.
    • Any material that includes the “Operation Underground Railroad” (“O.U.R.”) name, O.U.R. copyrighted information, logos, or photos, may only be produced after approval by your O.U.R. liaison. This includes but is not limited to promotions, tickets, programs, brochures, flyers, press releases, signs, banners, literature, apparel, and other printed or digital materials.
    • Third-party fundraisers are responsible for all marketing, including writing and distributing press releases, PSA’s, Facebook postings, invitations, ads, etc. O.U.R. does not communicate third-party fundraisers through our social media channels.
    • O.U.R. cannot assist in securing sponsors or public figures for your event.
    • The not-for-profit tax exempt status of O.U.R. may not be used to purchase items and materials for any third-party fundraiser; and, O.U.R. will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred.

    • This is not guarenteed to happen. We can contact supporters in your area to check availability on them supporting your event with an awareness booth. 

       

      Please let us know when the set up and take down times are for the booth in addition to the time frame you want the booth to be run. These times are important to pass on to those who will run the booth.

      ***Swag Kit Request Form needs to be submitted AT LEAST 2 weeks before event and are subject to approval*** Please do not request more than you anticipate being sold at your event. Be aware that we may request that any swag that is not sold, be sent back to O.U.R. and that shipping costs will be at your expense. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed and prepared. Following submission of this form, you will receive an email letting you know what has been approved for your event and the details for pick up or shipment. DISCLAIMER - It is extremely important you sell all items from your kit through Square, even when people are paying with cash, as we use the inventory numbers from your square account to accurately replenish your kits when requested. If inventory totals are inaccurate you will be responsible for the items that are not accounted for. You are responsible for reporting what you sold at your event on the Post-Event Form after your event.

    • All expenses need to be approved by O.U.R.. Approved expenses will be paid by O.U.R. directly to the vendor. Volunteer Team Leaders will not be reimbursed for expenses they pay unless approval has been given by O.U.R. for the Volunteer Team Leader to make the purchase. (This will be a rare situation)
