  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We appreciate you & your time! We ask for the same courtesy, time for us is everything. We allow adequate time to create your look, and with that ask you to take cancellations & rescheduling as serious as we do. For any reason(s) other than emergencies any cancellations, no show or rescheduling less than 24 hours from reservation time will be assessed a fee of 50% for cancellations and 100% for no shows to the card on file.

  • MAINTAINING A HEALTHY SALON ENVIRONMENT:We kindly ask that you please do not come to the salon sick. Visiting the salon while you are sick directly exposes your stylist and other guests to any illness you may have; if you think you are getting sick or are sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Stay home, hydrate and rest. Call us as soon as your feeling great & we will promptly accommodate you xo

  • Revision of Service : All service sales are final. Our stylists thorough consultation process prior to your visit are scheduled to allow you plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to ensure a favorable service outcome. Should your outcome not match your expectations, we are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Please email us a with any concerns at michelelisasalonny@gmail.com or call us 914-737-1227. Revisions that altar the original plan of service or are made more than 10 days after the initial visit should expect to incur a fee.
