Mount Beauty Primary School Volunteer Form

The task would be:

1. Between 5 and 6pm Friday: Pick up from swimming pool foyer the drink containers for water and sports drink, as well as paper cups, lollies and collapsible tables to put it on. A utility or trailer would be handy.

2. 9:30am Saturday: Drive to marked locations on Damms rd and then Mtn Creek Rd to set up tables, etc ready for runners.

3. 10:15 - 11:45 approx: keep tables stocked with drinks for runners to grab

4. Return equipment to the Finish area near the swimming pool.

We expect this event to be a lot of fun for the children of our town as well. Some of the helpers could be older children who are not running, as long as there are a couple of adults at each of the two locations.
