Deposit, Payment, Cancellations
Payment in full is required for orders up to $150. Orders $150+ Require a 50% deposit. Any orders made within 1 week of the date must be paid in full at the time of booking regardless of the amount. This secures your date. Orders with a deposit will have to pay remaining balance 2 weeks before your pickup date or your order will be cancelled without refund. Any design changes must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to your pickup date.
All deposits are non-refundable. There will be no refund for orders cancelled after 2 weeks. For cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance 50% of the full amount will be given back.
If your order must be rescheduled, it can be moved to a date of your choosing pending availability with 2 weeks notice once without any additional fees. If there is less than 2 weeks notice or your order is resheduled multiple times, I will discuss a case-by-case basis solution.
A rush fee will be charged for orders or changes to orders with less than 2 weeks notice.
