The Freeze Policy
An Orangetheory member has the option to freeze their membership for a maximum of 60 days. Upon the studio processing this request form (allowing 3 business days for us to process the request), your membership will be in a frozen status. Please note this is not cancelation of your membership, but a temporary freeze of your monthly reoccurring membership (Basic, Elite, or Premier). Once you reach your unfreeze date, your membership fee will commence.

Benefits of Freezing your membership include:

• Keep all unused classes - If you had 3 when you Freeze, those sessions will be there when you unfreeze your membership.
• You will not be changed your full membership rate during your freeze period. 
• You can pick up where you left off once your membership is unfrozen.

While your membership is frozen your will be charged a monthly freeze service charge of $15 on your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) date and you will not receive any member benefits.

Once your membership reaches the unfreeze date your membership will continue to bill at your regular membership rate. A member may not retroactively freeze their membership.

In the event that you must REFREEZE your membership, one EFT must process before a secondary freeze is granted.
