Disregarding pool rules and COVID19 Policies & Procedures will result in removal from facility grounds, without refund.I agree to maintain social distancing guidelines put forth by the Governor of Louisiana, remaining 6ft apart from members who do not reside in my household. No physical contact with others (shaking hands, high fives, horseplay).Members must check-in with a lifeguard upon entry at the facility and be wearing their wristband.No rough play, horseplay, or use of the blocks or team equipment. No use of facility pool noodles. Members must bring any and all pool toys (within reasonable size) with them to and from the facility.Members are asked not to use the restrooms as a changing area, and asked to arrive and leave in their swimming attire. No congregating, changing, or showering in the restrooms.Restroom use will be limited to 1 person, per restroom, at a time unless there is an adult accompanying a child.Members (over the age of 2) are encouraged to wear masks when not in the water.No smoking on facility grounds.No alcohol or drugs on facility grounds.No food or drink sales. Members are asked to bring any and all snacks or food with them, and are asked to help keep the facility clean.No glass containers.No diving in the shallow end.No diapers in the pool. Designated swim diapers only.Never swim alone and only when a certified lifeguard is present.I understand that the aquatics director and lifeguards are given the authority to close the facility at any time to inclement weather or other possible threat, without advance notice. Every effort will be made to post any closures to social media in a timely manner, but these postings cannot be guaranteed.I understand that by coming to the facility, it imposes some risk of exposure to COVID19.If you are feeling ill, have a cough, fever, or anything else and have not been seen by a medical professional, you are asked to stay home until you have either been seen & tested, or quarantined for 14 days.Wash your hands frequently with soap & water!Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the facility to ensure our lifeguards can maintain eyes on the pool.I am only signing up members that live in my immediate household (except grandparents) and I understand that by violating this agreement voids my membership without refund.
