Please Note: Referral fees are not available for any 'Assistant' level role for any profession. Referral fees for Nurses and HCAs are only available at select sites, which changes regularly. Please check with HR admin at the site you're referring to if they offer the fee. Referrals are welcome at sites that are not offering a fee, but you will not receive payment for it.

The referral payment will be paid in two stages, with tax and National Insurance deducted in the usual way. You will be paid half the referral payment when the person starts working for us, and the other half once they have successfully finished their probationary period (usually after three months).
