Los Angeles Family, Friends and Neighbors Workforce Pathways Stipend - Create a Registry Profile and Apply for a Stipend

If you received payment for child care services from a subsidy program from April 12, 2024 to March 31, 2026 as a Family, Friends, and Neighbor provider (FFN or "license exempt") please apply for the Workforce Pathways Stipend. There are up to three (3) options available to be considered for the stipend. You must provide proof of subsidy payment for child care services to be eligible.

Completing and submitting this application indicate agreement to create a California ECE Workforce Registry profile and applying for a Workforce Stipend Los Angeles - Family, Friends, and Neighbor stipend.

I agree to the terms and conditions listed below:
- I understand that I must be a Friends, Family and Neighbor childcare provider or have formerly been a Friends, Family and Neighbor childcare provider who has obtained my first childcare license issued between April 12, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
- I understand that the professional development and the 16 – hour Health & Safety training must have taken place between April 12, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
- I understand I must submit a new application each program cycle for the Workforce Pathways Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Workforce Pathway Stipend Program and acceptance for one program cycle does not equal acceptance for any future stipend programs.
- I understand that I must adhere to all requirements in order to complete the Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Workforce Pathway Stipend program and to be considered for the stipend.
- I understand that stipend amounts are not guaranteed and may change at anytime.
- I understand that if approved my final stipend amount is determined by the number of eligible applicants, funding and submission of all required documents.
- I allow the Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Stipend Administrators to contact the agency I participant in the childcare subsidy program to verify my eligibility.
- I allow the Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Stipend Administrators to contact the any of the entities to verify my proof of meeting the pathway goal(s), as necessary.
- I understand communication about my application, document submission follow-ups or questions regarding support from the Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Workforce Pathway stipend will be emailed via the FFNStipendWPLA@ccala.net.
- I understand all required documentation must be uploaded to my Registry Profile, My Documents no later than 11:59 P.M., on March 31, 2026. Any document(s) uploaded after this time will deem me ineligible for the Los Angeles – Family, Friends and Neighbors Workforce Pathways Stipend.
- I certify the information on my registry profile and my answers to the application questions are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that giving false or misleading information and documentation will result in returning all monies with penalties and exclusion from the program in future years.
- I have read and agree to provide this information in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
