The Tu Es Belle “Big Screen” - Scholarship is granted annually. The objective of the award is to grant need-based scholarships to high school graduating seniors who demonstrate excellence in character and/or making a difference by helping others through community service in their church or school (the arts, music, poetry, sports team and/or S.T.E.M. projects).

A minimum of a one time $500 scholarship will be awarded.

The Tu Es Belle “Big Screen” - Scholarship was established in 2017 as part of an initiative to help support the financial reoccurring gap for students. The scholarship’s purpose is to assist students as they embark on their new educational journey by providing funds to contribute towards their college expenses.

The awarded student will receive a minimum of $500.00. This award can be used at any accredited college or university in the United States.

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

The Applicant
- Must demonstrate excellent character and or show he/she has helped others through community organizations, church, S.T.E.M. programs, school, music or the arts
- Must be a resident of Palm Beach, Broward, Dade County and or within the United States
- Must be a high school graduating senior

Application Materials

Applicant must have ONE letter of recommendation
Applicant must show Post-Secondary School acceptance letter
Applicant must complete brief essay paragraph, musical piece or poem
Application must be received by deadline: Thursday, October 13th, 2024 (11:59PM EST)
