IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION

A non-refundable processing fee of $15 is required for each application.
A separate application is required for each participant.
A $100 deposit for in-person participants is required at the time of registration. This deposit is to guarantee and secure your child's spot and will be applied towards the child's materials and fees balance. If spaces fill up for in-person spots, the deposit will be refunded and applicant will be placed on a waiting list. The deposit will be due once the applicant is taken off the waiting list.
Camp deposits are fully refundable if registration cancellation is requested in writing at least one month before camp starts. If cancellation is requested less than a month before camp starts, the cost of materials for the first week will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount of the deposit may be refunded only if a replacement is found to fill the spot reserved. If cancellation is requested less than a week before camp starts, the full deposit is automatically forfeited.
The amount of scholarship and tution balance due will be communicated via email and due in May.
