    Thanks for contacting Lucky Cobra Tattoo! To streamline the booking process please fill out any relevant information requested in the form below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let us know at the end if you have questions. Once we have this information we'll be able to provide you with an estimate on cost and know where to best fit you in on the appointment schedule. If after receiving your information it is determined by the artist that a face to face consultation is needed we can typically schedule one within the next few days from your inquiry.

  • *Lucky Cobra does not require appointments for piercings, but feel free to call the shop to confirm our piercers' availability. Come by any time! 

  • * Please note:

    In shop consultations are required for all coverup tattoos, arm/leg sleeves or any large scale work that will requre sessions to complete.

    This is the most efficient way for you and the artist to discuss your ideas, budget and ensure that you and the artist are on the same page before any artwork is created.
    This will also enable them to provide you with an accurate estimate on cost and discuss how various options available may or may not affect cost.

    Consults are free of charge but they do require an appointment.

  • I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email within 48 hours, and will be required to pay a deposit to secure my appointment. I understand that my deposit is deducted from the final cost of the tattoo on the day of my appointment. I understand that my deposit is non refundable. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 48 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given.*
  • I acknowledge and understand that I must be 18 years of age or older to get tattooed and/or to enter the tattoo shop. I understand that I will be required to provide a government issued photo ID upon arrival for my appointment.*
