  • PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

     

    1. Holiday Promotion 

    Pre-orders for our 2026 Holiday Favorites begin November 9, 2026.

    Holiday quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed through the end of the ordering period. We strongly recommend ordering early, as ordering may close once production capacity has been reached.

    2. Ordering & Payment

    All Holiday Favorites orders must be submitted through our website.

    Once your order request is received, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

    Full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders are not reserved until payment has been received.

    All payments are final and non-refundable.

    3. Holiday Menu & Quantities

    Holiday promotional pricing applies only to the products and quantities offered during this promotion.

    Jamaican Rum Cake Minis are available in the selected dozen quantities shown on the order form.

    6-inch Jamaican Black Cakes are available with and without icing.

    Changes or customizations outside of the advertised holiday selections are not included in promotional pricing and may require a separate custom order.

    4. Pickup & Order Reminders

    Your confirmed pickup date and time will be listed on your invoice.

    A courtesy reminder will be sent prior to pickup.

    Please review any care, storage, and serving instructions provided with your order.

    5. Delivery Options

    Delivery may be available for an additional service fee based on location, scheduling, and availability.

    If delivery is requested, the applicable fee and confirmed delivery window will be included on your invoice.

    Holiday delivery availability is limited and should be requested when placing your order.

    6. Pickup Policy & Rescheduling

    Orders must be collected during the pickup time confirmed on your invoice.

    If you are unable to collect your order as scheduled, please contact us before your pickup time to determine whether another arrangement can be accommodated.

    Missed pickups without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.

    Due to the volume and production schedule of holiday orders, rescheduling is subject to availability.

    7. Allergen Notice

    Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

    If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order.
