St. John's - Golf Tournament Registration Form
Father Michael Gutierrez invites you to join us for this great activity and an opportunity to support the Church. On June 25th, 2021 at PICO RIVERA GOLF COURSE. Please fill the registration form below.
All proceeds from the golf tournament will support the work of St. John the Baptist Church and their 75 years of service in the Baldwin Park community.
Location and Other Details
Tournament will be held at Pico Rivera Golf Club located at 3260 Fairway Dr, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. Starting Tee time 9:00 AM Breakfast & Checkin starts at 8:00 AM. All paying foursome and single pay golfers get a gift bag that includes breakfast to go and their lunch with a couple of drinks tickets. Non-golfers (lunch only) pay 50 with 2 drink tickets.
