REMINDER – ELIGIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF GRANT FUNDS

Only costs that are consistent with the following requirements are eligible for reimbursement of Grant funds.

• Costs directly incurred by Grantee (i.e. invoiced);
  
  
• Costs directly attributable to the completion of the specified Project Final Deliverables, set forth in Attachment A (FY20 Grantees) or Attachment B (FY21 and all subsequent Grantees);
  
  
• Costs for projected future expenses yet to be incurred will not be eligible for disbursement of grant funds;
  
  
• Equipment costs for a distributed generation and/or storage system will not be reimbursed; and
  
  
• MEA will only disburse Grant funds to Grantee for eligible expenses up to the amount specified in the Grant Agreement.

If you are submitting a Reimbursement Request for Grant funds with this report, please use the online MEA Resilient Maryland Disbursement Request portal, or fill out and submit a copy of the Disbursement Request for Costs Incurred form (available under "Reporting Resources for Existing Grantees" on the MEA Resilient Maryland webpage) with all required attachments to MEA via email at RMP.MEA@Maryland.gov.
