2021 LIWOCA Scholarship Information and Application
Up to five (5) scholarships in amounts determined by LIWOCA will be awarded at the discretion of the organization.
Women of color law students who:
have completed at least one year of law school;
are attending an accredited law school in the U.S. at the time of their application;
are in good standing in their law schools;
have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (equivalent) or better;
have completed the scholarship application and submitted an unofficial transcript; and
have demonstrated a commitment to the legal profession and are active in their community and law school.
All applicants must submit an unofficial transcript from their law school.
Unofficial transcripts should be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and to email@example.com.

Applications may be submitted until May 9, 2021 at 11:59pm.
Award decisions will be made by May 14, 2021.
All scholarship award recipients must attend the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorney's virtual conference to be held May 20, 2021.
Conference registration fees will be covered for all scholarship award recipients.
