Program Expectations
WHOLE 180° Mentorship is an 8-Week Intensive Program that will be a hybrid of Live + Pre-Recorded Sessions that will consist of live interaction, homework, and action plans that lead to personal goals by the end of the program.

Each Mentee is required to attend and participate in every activity, assignment, and session. You will be committing to 3 sessions/classes per week with 3 weeks of having an additional session with guest professional coaches/mentors.

You must agree to attend the LIVE Mental Health Coaching Group Session, the Professional/Personal Journey Map Session, and the Nutritional Health Coaching Session. These three sessions will be done by professional, degreed, certified Mentors.

It is a fact that we do not appreciate, value, or implement the tools and gems offered to us unless we make an investment! Mentorship requires a partnership and commitment between the mentor and mentee, we will both be giving of ourselves in ways that are priceless yet rewarding.
