•Lashes can get wet immediately, unless instructed otherwise.
•Dried sweat/tears can cause the extensions to stick together. Highly recommended to wash them before they dry and harden.
•Sleep on your back for best results. Please note, you will experience more extension shedding on the side that you sleep. Sleeping on your stomach will affect them the most.
•Clean lashes are happy lashes! Wash you lashes at least once daily with a lash-safe cleanser. Rinse well, dry with a fan if you can (low flow and ZERO heat), or gently dab dry with a lint free cloth to absorb the water. Brush and fan into place.
•Do not perm (lash lift) or tint you extensions or use an eyelash curler on them.
•Absolutely no rubbing, picking or excessive touching. This will guarantee retention issues, and/or damage to your natural lashes.
•No mascara! If you feel like you need it, it's time for a fill. Mascara will shorten the life of your extensions. This can happen by causing the natural lashes to fall sooner from added weight. It can also coat the extension causing curl loss and/or fans to close up. The adhesive needs a secure bond with the natural lash but if there is any mascara built up, it will not attach properly.
•Keep your extensions pretty, and your natural lashes healthy by having them filled every 2-3 weeks. By about three weeks, many lashes have grown out and need to be removed to avoid added weight on the natural lash, and then replaced. If you have less than 40% extensions remaining and/or it's been more than 28 days since your last service, it will be charged as a full set.
•Avoid heat and steam as they can singe the lashes or cause the extension to lose its curl. Ovens, boiling pots, BBQs, campfires, very hot showers/baths, smoking, etc are thing to watch out for.
